Document Description
The encroachment permit is to perform utility work in Caltrans right-of-way at the SR99 and Herndon Avenue interchange. The work is being conducted in a large area around the interchange to move utilities over to construct the California High Speed Rail project through the city of Fresno CA. Work would be conducted in both the city of Fresno property and Caltrans right-of-way and in the east and west sides of the interchange. Utility work would consist of relocating utilities and installing new facilities: City of Fresno ITS and Water & Sewer, FMFCD Storm Drain, AT&T Telecom lines, PG&E Gas & Electric lines and Sebastian Telecom lines.
