Replace the failing boiler, chiller, and water heater, and make plumbing upgrades at the Fallon Hotel at Columbia State Historic Park. Work will:
1. Replace the chiller system located on a concrete pad approximately 40 feet to the north of the hotel;
2. Replace a boiler and water heater located in the boiler room in the basement of the hotel;
3. Replace and upgrade the boiler room plumbing including pipes and valves.
