Document Description
The City of Carlsbad proposes to replace an existing concrete lined drainage channel, splash wall, headwall, and brow ditches. Slope protection will be added to ensure the channel provides adequate flood control for public safety and welfare. Construction and future maintenance access will be provided by grading an all-weather access ramp and pad from La Costa Avenue to the channel.
