The project includes the dredging of 150,000 to 200,000 tons of sediments within upper Combie Reservoir to maintain water storage capacity. Excavated material will be diverted through an on-shore mechanical mobile separating and dewatering system. Mervury will be removed from all excavated and dewatered material through a concentrator. Separated, clean sand and aggregate material will be transported off to the Chevreaux Aggregates, Inc. processing plant to the northeast of the Project site, or similar plant in Nevada Coutny or Placer County.
