The City of Lake Elsinore Redevelopment Agency is proposing to amedn the existing plans for the Rancho Laguna Redevelopment Project Areas Nos. I, II, and III. Each of the proposed amended and restated redevelopment plans will (i) incorporate all prior amendments, (ii) reflect changes int eh CRL that impose additional requirements and restrictions not reflected in the original text, (iii) update the land use provisions to mirror the land uses established by the City's current General Plan, (iv) clarify and restate the time limits and financial limits, and (v) improve the format and presentation of the text and the Project Area Maps.
