Document Description
The North Tahoe Fire Station will be relocated to house administrative and fire protection and training facilities. The Project will be constructed on a currently undeveloped parcel north of Fairway Drive. The Project would permanently impact 0.05 acre and temporarily impact 0.02 acre of the seasonal depressional wetland to provide an adequate driveway for ladder trucks and other emergency vehicles. The Applicant will create wetlands on site at a minimum ration of 1.5 to 1 to compensate for the loss of wetlands.
