Document Description
The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the transfer of up to 46,000 sf of land coverage rights and up to 10,000 sf of restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land tot he NTFPD Public Safety Center Project. Using the rights as mitigation for the creation of new land coverage, NTFPD will construct a 21,000 sf center to house administrative, fire protection, and training facilities. The center will include 40 parking stalls (two of which will provide access for the disabled).
