The Schaefer Ranch Water System and Martin Canyon Creek Trail Extension Project, prepared by the Dublin San Ramon Services District, proposes to: 1) construct and operate water conveyance facilities, including installing a 4,000 foot pipeline with a diameter of up to 12 inches and upgrading an existing pump station, to provide potable water to two subdivisions; and 2) increase public access to Dublin Hills Regional Park by extending the existing Marin Canyon Creek Trail three-quarters of a mile.
