The proposed project would include construction and operation of water conveyance facilities by Dublin San Ramon Services District (an ~4,000 ft pipeline with diameter of up to 12 inches and reconstruction of existing Pump Station 4B) for the existing 17-lot Clifden Parc subdivision and a new 302 lot Schaefer Ranch subdivision in western Dublin. The project would also include a three-quarter mile extension of the existing Martin Canyon Creek Trail by East Bay Regional Park District from their current property line to the Donlan Loop Trail.
