Document Description
1) Pre-Emergent Herbicide Vegetation Abatement, by Hand or Mechanical-to prevent undesirable vegetation from germinating; 2)Post-Emergent Herbicide Vegetation Abatement, by Hand or Mechanical-to remove existing undesirable vegetation (weeds) from the land surrounding the pipeline alignment to allow for road access and to prevent development of a public nuisance (fire hazard, spread of weeds and unappealing aesthetics); 3) Vegetation Control by Discing-suppress problem weeds, grasses, and/or woody growth on parcels greater than 4 acres or wider than 50 ft that impair access and visibility; 4) Vegetation Control by Mowing-suppress probelm weeds, grasses and/or woody growth that impair access and visibility; 5) Vegetation Control by Hand Labor-provide for suppression of weeds and brush in areas where access is challenging for mowers and herbicides are not practical. Hand labor is necessary to provide fire breaks in areas adjacent to private property; 6) Overhanging Growth Vegetation Control-provide suppression of overhanging vegetation growth to provide large vehicle access at facilities for vegetation and other maintenance activities; 7) Vegetation Control by Grazing-allows for management of problem weeds and grasses without the use of chemicals.
