NOTE: Review Per Lead BVID proposes to transfer 3,100 acre-ft of water it has conserved under its pre-1914 water right to Santa Clara Valley Water District through the facilities of the CA Department of Water Resources or the US Bureau of Reclamation. The project is proposed to be implemented, if approved, in late July 2009 to November 30, 2009.
