Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead The project is the updated Housing Element of the Sebastopol General Plan. This new element would replace the City's Housing Element adopted in 2003. Completion of this update is required by State law. The Housing Element is intended to show how the City plans to meet existing and projected housing needs including its share of the regional housing needs, as determined by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) in its Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA). Sebastopol's allocation under the RHNA as determined by ABAG, is a total of 176 units, including 32 units for very low-income, 28 units for low-income, 29 units for moderate-income, and 87 units for above moderate-income households. The planning period for this proposed Housing Element update is 2009-2014.
