The Proposed Project includes improvements to Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, at 180 Lake Parkway, Stateline, Douglas County, Nevada. The Proposed Project generally consists of a new lodge complex with 11 buildings: a 154-unit lodge (hotel) building with accessory uses, and 10 interval ownership casita buildings (40 units total) for a total of 194 tourist accommodation units (TAUs). Also included: golf course realignment and cart path modifications and improvements; a series of environmental improvements; a new public beach area connected to Lake Parkway via a bicycle/pedestrian pathway; removal of an existing pier and reconstruction, redesign, and expansion of the pier at a new location on the site; a 230-space parking structure and an off-site employee parking lot. Alternatives address a 230-unit and a 250-unit lodge complex.
