Document Description
Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 6752. Proposing to divide a 38 acre parcel of recod into 15 lots ranging in size from 2.5 acres to 2.72 acres for low density residential development; 3 limited design variations; development variations to the Land Division Ordinance to allow private access where public access is required, and to allow omission of equestran trails where trails are required. As proposed, water for the 15 residential parcels would be supplied by the existing domestic water well and 2 proposed domestic water wells, and sewage disposal would be provided by individual septic systems. Access to the site is proposed from Bear Valley, a collector highway, via private roads.
