Document Description
This project proposes to subdivide 16.37 gross acres into 4 parcels and a Designated Remainder Parcel, which range in size from 2.16 acres net to 4.12 acres net. The project site is located on the corner of Circle R Drive and Circle R Lane, in the Valley Center Community Planning Group, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category Estate Development Area and Land Use Designation 17 Estate Residential. Zoning for the site is A70, Limited Agriculture. The site contains an existing single family residence that would be retained. Access would be provided by a private road connecting to Circle R Drive. The project would be served by on-site septic systems and imported water from the Valley Center Municipal Water District. No extension of sewer or water utilities will be required by the project. Earthwork will consist of cut and fill of ~12,655 cubic yards of material.
