Document Description
Construction of a recyclables bunker with an area of ~3,500 sf, installation of stationary compactor with 40 yard receiver, construction of ~100 ft of retaining wall and locating 2 moveable containers (3 cubic yard and 40 cubic yard) for recyclable materials. This project includes the installation or construction of infrastructure necessary for the facility to stay in compliance with State Law governing handling of wastes and other recyclable materials. The site is located within the Resource Protection Zone and a geologically sensitive area; therefore the work required a Use Permit (Coastal Development Permit) and Initial Study.
