Document Description
NOTE: Extended review to 10-23-09.
The proposed project consists of the expansion and alteration of the existing Walmart store. The project would include the addition of approximately 35,256 square feet of building area to the existing store. For the purposes of providing a conservative evaluation of project impacts, the EIR will analyze the additional square footage at 40,260 square feet, which is 3 percent larger than the anticipated expansion square footage. The expanded store would retail general merchandise and groceries and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
