Document Description
The proposed project involves the acquisition and demolition of all existing structural improvements on the project site and construction of a surface parking lot for the Long Beach City College (LBCC) Pacific Coast Campus. This parking lot will consist of 70 parking spaces with 2 full ingress and egress driveways, one accessing Pacific Coast Highway and the other accessing the east/west alley abutting the northern project boundary. The demolition and construction activities are estimated to take ~6 months from commencement of work.
