The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is proposing to approve Interim Measure (IM) Workplan for the Rock Blotter Area in Area of Concern (AOC) Power Block 1-5, at Moss Landing Power Plant (MLPP) formerly owned by Pacific Gas and Electricity Company (PG&E) in Moss Landing, (Environmental Protection Agency identification number CAT080011653). The IM Workplan includes procedures to be used in excavation of impacted soil beneath a former row of transformers in the eastern part of the Rock Blotter Area in Power Block 1-5 at the MLPP. This Workplan was prepared and submitted by Parsons on behalf of PG&E and it is incorporate by reference.
