Document Description
The Applicant proposes to install a temporary crossing of a Class II Watercourse and replace and upgrade an existing culvert at a Class II watercourse. Both Class II watercourses drain into Los Gatos Creek which empties into Lexington Reservoir approximately 2 miles downstream. Lexington Reservoir eventually drains into the San Francisco Bay about 20 miles north of the project site. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2008-0336-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Big Creek Lumber Company.
