Document Description
The proposed project involves the following primary components: - Removal of up to 30 portable buildings that had been used to house High School students during construction of El Cerrito High School, and minor refurbishing and repair of up to 40 existing portable buildings to accommodate reuse by middle school functions; and - The construction of new unenclosed sports courts and open air recreation/multi-purpose facilities, and the installation of landscaping on approximately 0.5 acres of land located in the eastern, central portion of the project site; and - The relocation of Portola Middle School Students, faculty, staff, and middle school functions to existing portable buildings located at the El Cerrito High School campus.
