United States Army Corps of Engineers has requested authorization under Clean Water Act Section 401 from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for the Project. The Project is located at Sacramento River Mile 26.0, south of Walnut Grove. The project activities are part of the Sacramento River Bank Protection Project - Phase II, which are being implemented by the Applicant and the Central Valley Flood Protection Board. The Project consists of levee bank stabilization measures.
