The proposed project consists of a permanent asphalt manufacturing facility located on 4 acres with an average annual production of 450,000 to 550,000 tons of asphalt, which includes 70,000 to 85,000 tons of recycled asphalt (RAP). The proposed facility would be a state of the art asphalt production plant with a 200 ton silo (with a future second 200 ton silo) for dispensing product into asphalt delivery trucks, operating an average of 140 to 170 truck tips per day.
