Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead
The purpose of this project is to replace a section of the South Coast Conduit (SCC) to protect it from damage by scour; remove an existing fish passage barrier; and improve the stream channel to reduce lateral scour of the banks. Mission Creek and its watershed contain a viable population of southern California ESU steelhead (Oncorhynchus mykiss irideus), which is a federally-listed as endangered species, and enhancement of this population is a high priority.
