The proposed project is the adoption and implementation of the San Bernardino Valley College Master Plan. The Master Plan estimates that the demolition, renovation, and construction of various academic buildings, infrastructure and landscape improvements, and additional parking are required in order to address SBVC's academic program, support functions, and future student enrollment growth through 2030. This program of potential development is organized in three phases referred to as Horizons.
