A request by Commercial Developers, Inc. to construct a clear span bridge over the Packwood Creek channel to provide two-way vehicular travel and a sidewalk for bicycle and pedestrian use from the Sequoia Plaza shopping center on the north side of the creek to Cameron Avenue, including connectivity to a future trail along the south side of Packwood Creek. Construction of the project will commence in mid-late 2009. The project is a request by the property owner of the shopping center site located adjacent and north of Packwood Creek at the point of crossover (Quad Knopf, agent).
