Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of up 1,000 dwelling units, mixed-use/commercial development, parks, recreation facilities, water quality features, and a habitat conservation area on the 412 acre site, which is split into two parts: Hawthorne Mill East (379 acres) and Hawthorne Mill West (33 acres). The project requires the following discretionary approvals: General Plan Amendment, Tentative Map(s), Development Review, and Community Design Plan, as well as permitting from various resource agencies.
