CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0094-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chevron Environmental Management Company.
Project includes activities related the remediation and restoration of stream and wetland habitats on Chevron property on Tank Farm Road. Amendment No. 2 authorizes the temporary dewatering of work areas where surface water persists after May 31 of a work reason.
