General Plan Update, Specific Plan, Zoning Ordinance Update, and EIR

The City of Pinole will be the leas agencyt for the preparation of a program-level Environmental Impact report (EIR) for the proposed project, wyhhich are updates to and the adoption of a revised General Plan, a new Specific Plan for the San Pablo Avenue, Appian way, and Pinole Valley Road corridors within the City limits, and a revised Zoning Ordinance. The proposed project will provide policy guidance related to land use, transportation, public services, and related issues such as noise, air quality, biological resources, cultural resources, and housing over the next twenty years.
