Document Description
The Nuevo Water Company proposes the demolition of a 1.5 MG covered concrete cistern and the installation of one aboveground water storage reservoir in place of the cistern on an ~ 1.7 acre site. The capacity of the replacement reservoir will be ~2.5 MG. Development of the site will require demolition of the existing reservoir including the removal of all items from the facility, including existing concrete structures, steel structures, corrugated roofing, wooden trusses, piping materials, electrical conduits, and equipment, etc. The project also includes construction of gravel access roads, various drainage swates, appurtenances, including above and below ground piping, valves, electrical lines, and perimeter fencing.
