Document Description
The proposed sewer pipeline is to provide additional capacity for an existing trunk sewer serving Assessment District 1-A. When Assessment District 1-A was established in 1990, the Pearmain Street Sewer Pipeline was desinged to serve a residential density of about 3 units per acre, slightly less than the maximum General Plan density of 4 units per acre. As new subdivisions began to take place within the boundary of Assessment District 1-A, actual density reached about 4 units per acre. The proposed "Relief Sewer" would also serve additional tributary areas along the proposed pipeline route.
