Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Routine Maintenance Agreement number 1600-2018-0188-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mustang Hills, LLC.
The Project consists of routine and recurring maintenance activities of road crossings and underground utility crossings, which includes: sediment and debris removal; regrading of road crossings; bank stabilization, including minor bank and berm erosion repair; and vegetation management to maintain function of Project infrastructure and to facilitate the reduction of scour and flood risk during large storm events. Authorized maintenance activities will occur at eight (8) distinct road crossings and fifteen (15) distinct underground utility crossing locations within fifteen (15) streams.
