Document Description
The Applicant has proposed to conduct maintenance in 19 locations along the CSPL2 alignment where pipeline rehabilitation, seismic retrofit of the pipe support piers, and general improvements are needed and some of the locations are within or adjacent to San Mateo Creek. The Sherwood Point Site is included in the SFPUC's Bioregional Habitat Mitigation Sites (BHMS) and has been proposed by the SFPUC to provide compensatory mitigation for impacts from CSPL 2 replacement work activities. The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0203-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Husam Masri/San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
