Document Description
The Applicant proposes to replace the existing Lagunitas Road Bridge with a new structure in essentially the same alignment, at the same location, in order to increase the hydraulic capacity of the creek within this reach in order to minimize future flooding scenarios. Several elements will take place including removal of the existing bridge, construction of the new bridge, utility line relocation and repaving along the existing roadway. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0002-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mel Jarjoura/Town of Ross.
