Document Description
The Town of Ross proposes to replace the Lagunitas Road Bridge (Bridge No. 27C0071) in Ross, Marin County, California, to improve, vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle circulation; increase the safety of the traveling public; improve seismic safety; and improve the capacity of Corte Madera Creek at the bridge. The lead agency is the Town of Ross. The new structure would be on essentially the same alignment and in the same location as the existing bridge. The proposed project is eligible for replacement funding through the Federal Highway Bridge Program. The proposed project is anticipated to be constructed during the summer/fall of 2009 or 2010.
