Document Description
The project consists of a Community Standards District (CSD) zoning ordinance, which would establish additional development standards applicable only to the Elizabeth Lake and Lake Hughes communities. The objective is to ensure that future improvements are consistent with the rural environment, as well as the goals, objectives, and policies of the Antelope Valley Area Plan. The development standards contained within the CSD are oriented towards maintaining the low densities, rural character and natural resources of the area.
