Document Description
The project site consists of 2 parcels and ~23,950 sf of lot area. The project would require the demolition of an existing one-story commercial building on the south parcel. The gas station that occupied the north parcel has been removed and remediation has been completed. The Applicant is requesting review of 2 development options. The building envelope and exterior treatment would be the same for either option. The building, which would contain ~303,709 gsf of floor area, would be 29 stories and ~427 ft in height. Parking would be provided in a 4 level, ~200 space subterranean garage.
