Document Description
The Aspen VIII project includes the following entitlements:
1) A Community Plan Amendment and Rezone to change the current designations from AG-80 to AG-80 (SM) approximately 284.6 acres and IR to IR (SM) approximately 34.1 acres.
2) A Use Permit in order to conduct aggregate mining operations on approximately 318.7 acres in the AG-80(SM) and IR (SM) zones.
3) A Reclamation Plan consisting of aggregate removal and conveyance, as well as reclaiming the site for agricultural and habitat mitigation purposes.
The Aspen IX project includes the following entitlements:
1) A Community Plan Amendment and Rezone to change the current designations from AG-80 to AG-80 (SM) approximately 128.5 acres and AG-80 (F) to AG-80 (F) (SM) approximately 32.6 acres and AG-160 to AG-160 (SM) approximately 187.2 acres and AG-160(F) to AG-160 (F) (SM) approximately 15.1 acres.
2) A Use Permit in order to conduct aggregate mining operations on approximately 363.4 acres in the AG-80 (SM), AG-80(F)(SM) and AG-160(SM) zones.
3) A Reclamation Plan consisting of aggregate removal and conveyance, as well as reclaiming the site for agricultural and habitat mitigation purposes.
