Grading Permit G06-018 to allow the following: construction of a temporary staging area, including import and grading of approximately 350 +/- cubic yards of fill, for equipment storage and office trailer; use of a hydraulic pipeline dredge to remove approximately 27,000 +/- cubic yards of accumulated influx sediment at the inlet and cove areas [Fisherman's Cove (Lakefront Common Area), "First" Garrotte Creek, "Second" Garrotte Creek, Big Creek, and Unit 4 - North and South]; deposition of all dredge materials in a designated in-water disposal area; and deconstruction of staging area and restoration of site to original conditions.
