Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0186-R5) to the project applicant, Lost Canyons, LLC. The project proposes to impact 7.74 acres of jurisdictional streambed habitat and 1.77 acres of temporary impact for remedial grading and construction access, and mitigate with 13.96 acres of establishment, re-establishment, and enhancement of in-kind habitat.
