Document Description
The project consists of a Tentative Parcel Map PM-5788 (SD07-0064) to legalize and subdivide three illegally created parcels and one remainder parcel into 3 legal lots, ranging in size between .94 to 2.41 net acres; and one remaining parcel of 15.08 acres, which will be maintained by the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR). The project also involves a Planning Director approved Planned Development application (LU08-0142) for a self storage facility (w/offices, a caretaker residence, and covered RV Storage) and a Planning Director approved Conditional Use Permit application (LU08-0013) for the continued use of the Ag Rx agriculture chemical distribution facility. All existing buildings and structures will be either razed or relocated, except the existing historic building known as the Walnut dehydrating building of 2,807 sf. 15 new buildings totaling 138,563 sf ranging in height from 12 to 28.5 ft will be constructed.
