Document Description
Demolition of the existing structures on the site and the construction of Construction up to 1,969,600 sf of office development and 35,000 sf of retail development in buildings up to 14 stories and up to 244 ft in height. The proposed project is intended to create a high quality corporate center that includes retail amenities for tenants and the surrounding area. The development will replace the existing office and industrial buildings on 6 parcels. A Development Agreement is proposed to allow phased development of the project and its associated facilities and improvements.
