The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Major Amendment to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0118-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The Major Amendment updates the Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District representative, includes a new location, Heron’s Beak Pond, for dredge spoil placement, and adds a bank stabilization project along the right bank of Novato Creek downstream.
