The project consists of several modifications to the bed, banks, channel, and floodplain of Curry Creek and its associated habitats as part of the construction of a mixed-use residential development and associated infrastructure project within the Sierra Vista Specific Plan. Activities covered by the Agreement include mass grading, construction of water quality features such as bio-retention basins and vegetated swales, two vehicle bridges, one pedestrian bridge, a maintenance road, a bike trail, utility crossings, and storm drains.
