The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0118-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Granite Bay Development, LLC. The project includes several components under the jurisdiction of California Department of Fish and Wildlife including: construction of the Westpark Boulevard Bridge over Pleasant Grove Creek, two (2) pedestrian bridges to be constructed across Pleasant Grove Creek, several water quality swales, six (6) weir structures for transferring storm flows into the Pleasant Grove Creek bypass channel, and one (1) outlet control structure for redirecting storm flows back into Pleasant Grove Creek.
