Document Description
The CSP is a proposed specific plan for development of a mix of land uses, including 2,011 residential units, ~ 19.3 acres of commercial and business professional uses, ~ 9.5 acres of public/quasi-public uses, 136.2 acres of open space uses, and 15.7 acres of parks. The proposed project site is within the City's Sphere of Influence (SOI). A 58.9 acre Off-Site Improvement Area, Immediately west of the project in the City's Reason Farms Panhandle would accommodate bypass.
