Document Description
Note: Review per lead/ Lead Agency Changed from Riverside County to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is evaluating whether it would be appropriate to issue interests in real property held by the Federal Government and managed by the Corps to the County of Riverside (County). The County proposes to use Federal land to construct an emergency services communication facility in the vicinity of the SR-71 and SR-91 interchange. Federal land would be used to construct a 160-foot communication tower, associated equipment cabinets, and an access road. The communication site compound would measure approximately 50 feet by 70 feet, and would be enclosed within a chain link fence measuring 8 feet in height. The access road would measure approximately 600 feet in length and 12 feet in width.
