Document Description
The proposed Plan Amendment that is the subject of the Draft SEIR would modify the existing Redevelopment Plans to create one consolidated redevelopment plan for the Merged Project Area, to add various improvement activities, and to increase the dollar amount of tax increment revenue that may be received by the Agency and the dollar amount of outstanding bonded indebtness that the Agency can icur. The Plan Amendment would provide the Agency with the financial and legal resources needed to complete the program of redevelopment for the Merged Project Area, as further described in the Draft SEIR.
