Document Description
Zoning Amendment with a request for a PD overlay and Tentative Subdivision Map to create 79 residential lots on the project site. The General Plan establishes 0.2 to 2 units per gross acre as the acceptable density range for low density residential designations. This would equal an acceptable range of approximately 9.4 to 94 total dwelling units allowed on the 47-acre project site. Approximately 12 acres of the site will be preserved as open space. Homes will be clustered on lots averaging about 14,000 square feet in size. The property is within the City limits of Oroville.
