Document Description
A General Plan Amendment (File No. PGPA07-003) request to: (1) Remove the Low Density Residential land use designation from Subarea 23 and provide Medium and High Density Residential land use designations within the northerly portion of the project area which may contain single-family and multi-family residential products while maintaining a maximum of 1,326 dwelling units as originally established by the New Model Colony General Plan for the Specific Plan area; (2) Relocate the land use area designated for Village Green into the southerly portion of Subarea 23; (3) realign the easterly project boundary of Subarea 23 to align with the realignment of Haven Avenue; and (4) establish a high school land use designation within Subarea 23.
